The World of Van Gogh: a unique sensory journey

Now in Madrid. Nomad Museo Inmersivo, Gran Vía 78, Madrid.

“This man would either go mad or leave us all far behind” — Camille Pissarro

Welcome to a one-of-a-kind immersive experience! The most comprehensive and technologically advanced exhibition to date invites you to discover the world of Van Gogh in a captivating and unique way. Let your feelings be your guide on this journey of discovery.

Surround yourself with the colours and the moving brushstrokes of the great Dutch artist, get to know him and understand his concerns, and enjoy every detail of his work while you let yourself be enveloped by the music.

During this sensory journey you will not only walk surrounded by his large-scale masterpieces in motion — you will witness Van Gogh’s universe come to life, from the most sophisticated animation to scents and music that awaken your senses. Enjoy the feeling of being inside the never-ending Starry Night, study every feature of his many self-portraits and breathe the air of his infinite landscapes.

The immersive experience

The exhibition transforms the gallery into an enveloping work of art. Using AI-assisted animation and high-resolution projectors, Vincent van Gogh’s masterpieces are projected onto giant screens from every angle, surrounding you completely.

  • Sound and scents — An original soundtrack and carefully chosen scents awaken your senses and immerse you in the artist’s universe.
  • Digital life — Animation turns the paintings into three-dimensional objects; the artworks open up in front of you like a never-closing magic box.

Children and adults alike travel back in time to the middle of the 19th century, feeling the vibrant colour of every brushstroke. A wonderful way to spend a family day surrounded by art.

Much more than an exhibition

The visit doesn’t end with the immersive projection. The route also includes areas where children can interact with the artworks, and a hallway of infinite projections. A complete plan for the whole family in the heart of Madrid.

Suitable for all ages.

Something truly unique you won’t forget — a place to relax watching the projections, and the kids will love it. Right on Gran Vía in Madrid. 100% recommended.
